We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative with basic skills in different trades to work on a New Build housing contract in Stoke on Trent. This role requires multi-trade skills in all areas as the candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of finishing works on a brand new housing estate on each plot.

Our client is a nationwide House Building contractor running a site in the heart of Crewe.

Responsibilities

• Finish kitchens/bathrooms with generic tidying up (e.g., screwing doors back on properly and ensuring generic plumbing is watertight).

Requirements

• Patch plastering experience is essential.
• Some generic knowledge of patch painting.
• Own tools and PPE is essential.
• CSCS card.

Details

The role pays £18 - £20 per hour with a basic working week of 42.5 hours minimum and potential overtime.

You will need to supply your own tools, PPE and CSCS card.
