A prominent healthcare organization in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various transformation and delivery projects. The successful candidate will foster strong working relationships with clinical and operational teams to drive change initiatives, manage risks, and ensure project success. Focused on improved patient outcomes, the role requires expertise in project management and an ability to utilize data-driven approaches. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager within the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative (MSECC). The post holder will work alongside MSECC colleagues to support transformation and delivery projects across and with the 3 organisations that form our provider collaboration, maintaining a robust project and risk management framework.
Reporting to the Deputy Transformation Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced project manager or similar and will be experienced in establishing and developing strong and effective working relationships at all levels across the MSECC to successfully support the implementation of key change initiatives.

This is a key role within the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative (MSE CC), with the primary aim of leading and supporting on key change initiatives.
The Project Manager will work alongside MSE CC colleagues, clinical and operational teams to progress elements of transformation and delivery, maintaining a robust project and risk management framework.
Success in the role will necessitate the establishment and development of strong and effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation, with the ability to challenge and effectively support the delivery of complex, multifaceted programmes, through the application of structured project management processes and interventions.
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) provides services to the residents of Southend, Basildon, and Chelmsford. It was formed in April 2020 by the merger of Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, and Basildon & Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) provides community health, mental health and learning disability services to support more 3.2 million people living across Bedfordshire, Essex, and Suffolk.
EPUT was formed on 1 April 2017 following the merger of North Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (NEP) and South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT).
