As the new Sales Manager, you will oversee 10 branches across Essex, nurturing and developing outstanding individuals already in the team and expanding it further. You will be responsible for recruiting for, managing, and developing a team of 10 Mortgage Consultants across Essex. You will coordinate day-to-day target setting and sales performance, deliver longer-term sales forecasts, and attraction/retention plans to Senior Managers within the business.
