The Opportunity

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading, award-winning estate agency brand seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in Kent. This is a home-working role with consistent quality leads, strong admin support, and a commission structure that offers high earnings from day one.

You'll receive 7-10 new appointments per week, plus access to a large existing client base for remortgages and protection advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a full range of mortgage & protection products (purchase, remortgage, buy-to-let, new build).
• Convert estate agency and database leads into successful completions.
• Deliver FCA-compliant, whole-of-market advice.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage your own pipeline.
