Job summary

A financial services company in Budock Water is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage mortgage processes and ensure excellent customer service. This fully remote position offers a basic salary of £23,058 with an OTE of £25,958, alongside dedicated training. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with advisers and clients, administering anti-money laundering applications and keeping all parties updated throughout the mortgage process.

• Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• Speaking with people on the phone, be it clients, colleagues, housing association’s, developers or potential clients. You should be able to handle some tricky conversations and be able to help push things forward when they grind to a halt
• A good generic understanding of mortgages is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Identifying client needs and working to reach the best possible outcome for the benefit of our clients and the business
• Reaching targets and achieving great results

Your Responsibilities As a Anti Money Laundering Specialist

• Maintaining relationships through regular contact with your mortgage advisers, developers and clients
• Ensure clients have a smooth and pleasant experience with the Just Mortgages process
• Administer Anti money laundering applications from the point of reservation, collation, full checking of documentation to meet all requirements for developers and housing associations, managing of the process through to the issue of approval
• Regular contact with advisors, administrators, housing associations and developers with progress of all matters to maintain an excellent relationship between all parties
• Work proactively with all parties involved in the process to ensure the approval are issued as soon as possible
• Use specialist in-house systems to add relevant notes to cases, input data where necessary, maintain spreadsheets and trackers and correspondence with all to achieve maximum efficiency for the client.
• Provide clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the process and help with any non-advice based questions to ensure peace of mind and a smooth, high-quality service from Just Mortgages.

• Experience working within financial services, experience in terms of money laundering would be an advantage however full training will be given
