Qualifications

• Must have a minimum or equivalent to NVQ, IMI or City and Guilds level 2 in Vehicle maintenance and Repair.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues with vehicles.
• Identify problems and advise customers on their vehicle’s issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including diagnostics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
