Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our expanding Maintenance department. This is a field-based role carrying out inspections, repairs, and maintenance in energy centres, plant rooms, and within flats and apartments across London and the Southeast. This is a permanent, full-time position for a professional, confident, and motivated individual.

Key Duties
  • Conduct inspections, repair, and maintenance works in energy centres and plant rooms.
  • Carry out inspections within flats and apartments throughout London and the Southeast.
  • Produce detailed IT‑based reports of findings and completed work.
  • Work in a methodical and professional manner, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • Knowledge of district heating networks.
  • Commercial gas experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • 5+ years’ experience diagnosing and repairing heating and plant room issues.
  • DBS check may be required due to the nature of projects.
  • Knowledge of heat interface units is advantageous.

  • Experienced working in commercial plant rooms and occupied properties.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with a keen interest in learning new technologies and equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach to work.
