Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
• Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.
• Proven background in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Undertake general building services work, including plumbing and drainage.
• Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems
