Overview

Mobile HVAC Service Engineer required in Essex & London. Up to £60,000 plus package depending on experience. The role is with a mid sized M&E Contractor based in Central Essex, working across projects covering Essex & London. The company provides Mechanical and Electrical Building Services including design, supply, installation, and commissioning within traditional installation and growing renewables market. Projects span Commercial, Residential, Retail and renewables sectors, with contract values typically £50k to £2m. Assignments are concentrated in Essex and London with a balanced work week between on-site responsibilities and the Head Office in Basildon.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various client locations to provide on-site service and maintenance.
• Attend callouts to inspect reported issues.
• Liaise with the client on site to provide and manage a service & maintenance visit.
• Provide support, planning and scheduling of works.
• Provide on-site quotations or detail whats required for any remedial works.
• Carry out on-site surveys to gather an asset list of mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems and ventilation units.
• Conduct system inspections, identify potential issues, and execute repairs to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
