Previous maintenance experience is essential and you must have had a full UK driving licence for at least a year.

Responsibilities

In this role you will support our services and sites across the Lancashire area, carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities. This role includes working in people's homes, therefore focused customer care and confidentiality must be maintained at all times. You will carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs and ensuring quality checks are completed. The role involves travel, a vehicle and a uniform will be provided.

Enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the nature of our services.

It is important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
