Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Estate Services Cleaner for a mobile role covering multiple sites. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in communal areas of social housing properties. This position requires a flexible, reliable individual with previous cleaning experience. The contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension, and a pay rate between £12.50 - £16.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial or estate cleaning role is essential.
• Good awareness of health and safety standards and safe cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, reliable, and physically capable of undertaking manual labour.
• Willingness to travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas including entrances, hallways, staircases.
• Carry out scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and methods safely.
• Report health and safety hazards to management.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are replenished as required.
