Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

London & the South East

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Join a well‑established and rapidly growing air conditioning contractor with an impressive portfolio of commercial clients across London and the South East. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team delivering high‑quality service, maintenance, and occasional installations, with the majority of your work located within the M25.

The Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to reactive callouts and carrying out repairs and servicing on splits, VRV/VRF systems, and small chillers.
• Completing air conditioning installations when required, ensuring all work is delivered to top industry standards.
• Managing a varied portfolio of commercial sites across London and the South East (approx. 80% within the M25).
• Participating in a callout rota, including weekends (paid at OT rates).

What We're Looking For

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category 1).
• Strong background in air conditioning service and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ideally based in/local to Kent.

The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be on a basic salary of up to £48,000, depending on experience + Van + Fuel Card + Travel Pay (each way, after an hour at OT rate) + Callout + Overtime Opportunities + Package.
