Job description

Commencing late April 2026 Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy professional, with experience of supporting education through data and systems management? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. Beaudesert Park School, set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire, is one of the county's leading independent co‑educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13. We are now seeking an MIS Manager to join us from April 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Managing, maintaining and developing the School's MIS systems and other key administration software.
  • Reporting and analysing academic results and progress of pupils.
  • Managing timetabling systems for individual lessons - Learning Support, Music, LAMDA.
Qualifications
  • Strong IT and data management skills, with experience of school MIS systems (iSAMS preferred).
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Terms & Conditions

The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, term‑time only plus 3 additional weeks during the school summer holiday and attendance at all School INSET days. This equates to a total of 37.2 working weeks per annum.

Salary for the role is £31,500 inclusive of holiday pay (full‑time equivalent £39,000). Please see the job description and person specification for further details.
