A leading healthcare provider in Cumbria is seeking a Preceptorship Midwife to join their team at West Cumberland Hospital. This role offers a fixed-term, part-time position focusing on providing safe, evidence-based care to women throughout their maternity journey. The ideal candidate should have NMC registration and be prepared to engage in both hospital and community settings, ensuring quality care for low and high-risk women.
Preceptorship Midwife Band 5/6 at the West Cumberland Hospital. 24hrs per week fixed term for 6 months. The banding will depend on experience.

The Trust provides a twelve month preceptorship period for new to registration Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals. Returning to practice or moving to new roles may access an agreed preceptorship period.
