• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development within Wealth Management/Financial Planning.
• Demonstrated history of achieving targets and managing high-pressure situations.
• Ability to build relationships and influence key decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BD strategy for the Midlands, driving growth and visibility.
• Represent CP Wealth at client events and networking sessions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute regional growth plans and track performance.
