We\'re looking for a passionate Middleweight Designer to join our in-house creative team at TRIP. You’ll play a key role in evolving and executing our visual identity across packaging, digital marketing and brand campaigns, from new product launches to seasonal campaigns, social content, and in-store experiences.
This role is ideal for a highly creative designer with strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail who’s excited about working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
3–5 years of design experience, ideally within a consumer brand, in-house or creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital marketing and campaign work.
Solid understanding of print production and packaging specs.
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong conceptual and typographic skills with great attention to detail.
Photography or art direction skills.
After Effect and animation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Passion for wellness, beverages, and design.

Salary: DOE
Pension plan: 3% from the employer & 5% from the employee
