Job description

Paddox Primary School is a large school and this is an exciting time to join our hard working, dedicated group of staff. We are a three form entry school situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Rugby. We are looking to recruit a Midday Supervisor. Working hours are 11:45am – 1:15pm Mon-Fri. the start date is January 2026.

In March 2023 we received a good grading from Ofsted. Our report said:’ Pupils play happily work hard and achieve well.’ At our school. enjoyment and excellence go hand in hand. We strive for all members of our school community to be the best that they can be, while caring and respecting the individuality of each one.

We would like to hear from applicants who can help us to maintain and further develop the school’s good reputation and positive ethos. We require midday supervisors, with a passion for assessment to support the children in our school.
