Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Midday Assistant to act as part of a team to be responsible for the safety, welfare and good conduct of all students at lunchtime, either outside or within the School if wet. These are permanent, term time only positions. The Midday Assistant will work 12-2pm Monday- Friday, and free lunch provided after their working hours. This is initially a fixed term role until 2nd July 2026.

Our Midday Assistants play a key role in ensuring student safety and positive behaviour during lunchtime, following school policies. They supervise key areas, support students, refer injuries to the SAN team, and assist in implementing behaviour procedures while attending relevant training and meetings.
