What will be your responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Develop, negotiate, and oversee strategic supply agreements to ensure long‑term value and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct in‑depth market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑performing suppliers aligned with quality, cost, and service objectives.
  • Analyse procurement needs across departments, prioritise requisitions, and ensure timely execution of purchasing strategies.
  • Drive supplier optimisation initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, continuous quality improvement, and enhanced service levels.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement efforts with organisational objectives and project timelines.
Profile and requirements :
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within the electronics and/or mechanical manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and lead procurement initiatives independently.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a strong focus on value creation and process efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and financial procedures related to procurement (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BC.
