Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration and configuration and maintenance of M365 technologies.

The Microsoft 365 Management and Administration Support Consultant plays a pivotal role in overseeing, configuring, and maintaining M365 technologies for our customers. The consultant is responsible for providing expert technical guidance, driving best practices, and supporting ongoing service delivery, thereby empowering teams to leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365 in their daily operations.

Qualifications
  • Comprehensive experience with the Microsoft 365 platform and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint, architecture, configuration, and deployment of custom or third-party SharePoint solution packages
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and features
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot SharePoint issues efficiently
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Platform features and services
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for service management
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused support environment
