A leading logistics company in Lutterworth is seeking full-time MHE Trainers to deliver and support training and development programs. Candidates must have a current MHE trainer qualification, previous warehouse experience, and relevant licenses. We are looking for x2 full-time permanent MHE Trainers who can support, develop, and deliver all areas of training and development at our BT site in Lutterworth.
Working hours for the role are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexibility will be needed.
The main part of your role will be MHE training; however, when there is no training sessions scheduled, you'll be expected to support the operation as needed.
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000.00 per annum and 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
