Merchants Sales Manager

The Merchant is responsible for the sales of products and services to customers in a retail setting. The role will also assist in the development of new business opportunities and will be expected to maintain a strong customer service skillset.

Responsibilities

1. Selling products and services to customers in a face-to-face setting
2. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
3. Maintain a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our customers
4. Assist in the development of new business opportunities
5. Maintain a strong customer service skillset
