Job description
Merchandising Manager | North West | £65,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Wider Benefits

Think you've mastered the Go-to-Market game?

If you've lived and breathed category management and been the person everyone turns to when a product needs to make waves, and thrive on creating products that resonate with consumers worldwide, this could be your once-in-a-career move.

Step into the beating heart of a fast-growing, highly-scalable brand. Your impact will be monumental. You'll see patterns in the noise, spot gaps in the market, and know exactly how to position, push, and place products across territories, partners, and platforms - often before anyone else even realises what's happening.

The Role

As our Go-To-Market Specialist, you'll be the ultimate commercial nerve centre:

  • The product team's truth-teller.
  • Merch planners' alignment guru.
  • Marketing's strategic co-pilot.

You’ll ensure launches stay on track, timelines are precise, and strategies stay one step ahead of the market. You don't just react to trends - you make the market adapt to you. Executional excellence, alignment across teams, and commercial foresight will define your day-to‑day.

What You’ll Deliver
  • Own the product strategy across categories and regions, building assortments that balance global consistency with regional flexibility.
  • Work closely with key account managers and sales directors to align on strategy, track weekly ROS, and deliver actionable consumer insights.
  • Forecast on a seasonal and project basis, balancing customer expectations, target margins, and pricing strategies across inline and consumer ranges.
  • Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships across sales, marketing, design, development, and VM teams.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across reporting, analysis, and product management.
  • Own key touch points and milestones throughout the process, ensuring strategies are implemented flawlessly across all teams; design, pd, planning and marketing.
Who You Are
  • Every decision is driven by understanding what customers want and need.
  • Analytical, commercially sharp, and highly numerate.
  • Confident in influencing and aligning cross‑functional teams across global markets.
  • Passionate about keeping all categories fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, high‑reward environment.
Why This Role Matters

You’ll be shaping a globally-scalable brand's success, driving category growth, and ensuring products not only meet but exceed consumer expectations. This is high-speed, high‑impact, and highly visible.
