Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser for smooth product launches.
  • Raise and reserve sales orders.
  • Monitor orders to meet delivery SLA’s.
  • Run sizing analysis and suggest size breakdowns.
  • General administration and the day-to-day running of the lingerie department.
  • Take ownership of the creation of trade packs.

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

What you can expect from the role…
  • Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser for smooth product launches.
  • Raise and reserve sales orders.
  • Closely monitor orders to ensure they meet the delivery SLA’s.
  • Run sizing analysis and suggest size breakdowns for orders.
  • General administration and the day to day running of the lingerie department.
  • Take ownership of the creation of our Monday trade packs.
  • Assist the team to support with department KPI’s.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the team.
  • Build strong relationships with our Partners.
