Overview

MEP Supervisor – Major Project Rail

Location: London (North East London project). Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. Region: London.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and coordinate the MEP trades on the project under the direction of the MEP Manager.
  • Ensure the project is compliant with all requirements within the area of responsibility and support others to enable compliance across the project.
  • Be on the tools, and ensure you are computer literate with a solid understanding of the specifications and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date PTS, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS and have recent and significant LU experience to be familiar with LU systems and procedures.
  • This is an immediate requirement and the MEP Supervisor is expected to start ASAP.
Qualifications
  • Recent and significant LU experience to be familiar with LU systems and procedures.
  • Up-to-date PTS, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS.
  • On-site experience and ability to read and apply specifications and regulations; computer literate.
  • Experience with major rail projects and ability to coordinate MEP trades under direction of MEP Manager.
Benefits

Competitive salary £45,000-£50,000 per annum plus benefits including a £5,000 travel allowance, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical and other benefits. Candidates may also be considered on an hourly/daily rate.
