MEP Manager/Technical Services Manager — City of London

Salary: £80,000-£90,000

We are working with a Main Contractor to find an experienced MEP Manager/Technical Services Manager to join them on a project which is in the process of heading to site. The project is an early phase of a much larger scheme of works which comprises Commercial, Leisure, Residential & Hotel aspects, and is scheduled to last until 2031.

Responsibilities

• Start by managing the remaining Pre-Construction elements before heading to site around December.
• Manage the subcontract supply chain and report back into the commercial and technical teams.
• Run meetings with the client and delivery teams.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have worked for a Main Contractor as a MEP PM or in a similar role.
• Excellent eye for detail and tenacious in nature; able to identify issues and manage them before they become problems.
• Ambitious with a view toward a Director level role over the next 5-7 years.
