Job description
Role Overview

This role sits within the Member Propositions team – our daily mission is to develop digital propositions that enable members to make the right financial decisions for them, both in the short term to improve financial resilience and in the long term to support pensions saving.

The Member Proposition Manager is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Member Propositions & Acquisition. It leads the development of innovative, customer centric propositions from the Discovery phase to launch and then manages propositions in market to ensure they deliver against business case outcomes. Skilled at working across all the phases of the proposition development lifecycle, the role will have the gravitas to work across a matrix of functions to deliver and run successful customer propositions.

We are looking for an experienced individual that can really buy into what we are trying to deliver at Nest – enabling low to moderate income workers to achieve higher levels of financial resilience and plan for a more secure financial future.

Minimum Criteria
  • Applied experience in leading proposition development from Discovery through to launch and then ensuring that propositions meet their business case objectives post launch
  • A strong background in commissioning and analysing market insight to provide a sound basis for data‑driven proposition development
  • Applied experience of designing and running customer‑centric design sprints that deliver strong concepts, backed by customer testing
  • Strong background in commercial analysis with a good grasp of creating detailed financial business cases
  • Strong understanding of build/buy/partner analysis and leading procurement exercises to source strong partners for co‑development
  • Strong understanding of risk management within projects spanning from Discovery through to launch
  • Significant experience in developing propositions within the Financial Services sector or related sectors (e.g. telco, utilities)

Don’t worry if you think you don’t have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we’re good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
