Key Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow trusted relationships with stylists, talent, agents, and cultural influencers to ensure the brand is front and centre on red carpets, press moments, and social platforms.
• Strategically manage VIP product placement and high‑profile dressing opportunities, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's aesthetic and values.
• Curate guest lists, manage fittings, and oversee on‑site talent experience at shows, events, and launches, ensuring our VIPs feel connected and celebrated.
• Anticipate and activate around cultural moments, emerging talent, and industry shifts, positioning the brand at the heart of conversation.
• Partner seamlessly with the Communications, Events and other internal Karla Otto teams to create holistic campaigns that marry celebrity presence with brand storytelling.
• Spot and cultivate new opportunities with talent, agencies, and cultural partners that could evolve into long‑term brand relationships.
• Contribute to ideation, proposals, and presentations that showcase the power of VIP services as part of larger integrated strategies.
• Support leadership in expanding the network and influence of the VIP Services team with prospective clients, collaborators, and tastemakers.
• Guide and inspire junior team members while serving as a trusted voice to senior leadership.
