Company is the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in the world, with a responsibility to provide training on the safe and effective, on-label use of its products. AMI is the internal team at Client Aesthetics responsible for delivering healthcare provider (HCP) clinical training across the product portfolio. The AMI Curricula Medical Writer will join the newly formed in‑house Curricula team and will be responsible for developing clinical educational materials and presentations for the next generation of AMI live and virtual training programs. The role involves close collaboration with creatives and curricula experts to bring clinical education to life, incorporating adult learning principles. This contractor position focuses primarily on writing and referencing content for facial injectables medical education and supporting the development of AMI curricula across educational programs. The role requires significant cross‑functional collaboration across all IMCO pillars, International support functions, Medical Affairs, Global Commercial Development, the US AMI team, and the AMI International Network.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and write training content including presentations, learning module scripts, classroom materials, and video content.
  • Review relevant medical literature and reference materials to ensure accuracy and stay up to date with emerging trends.
  • Synthesize complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging educational content aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Ensure content adheres to creative briefs, curricula guidelines, brand standards, and MLRC review requirements.
  • Support Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MLRC) processes to ensure content accuracy.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with applicable international regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of all MD Codes content, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality materials for the MD Codes programme, including materials for IMCO and affiliate‑level tours.
  • Liaise with affiliate markets to understand and integrate local requirements for tour content.
  • Support Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance review processes to ensure content accuracy.
  • Ensure full compliance with international regulatory standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
  • Ability to discuss scientific data and clinical techniques confidently with senior clinicians and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Occasional flexibility in work hours, including weekends, may be required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40 %), including multi‑night stays and participation in corporate and training meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of accountability and self‑motivation.
