Medical Secretary
Brighton Hospital | Administration | Bank | Part time
Up to £13 per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality administration and secretarial support to the hospital consultants
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Prioritise a busy workload, whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times
  • Diary management, audio typing of clinical reports & letters to a high standard, booking appointments, email management
  • Be the primary contact for patients, providing clear communication and excellent customer service
