A leading healthcare provider is seeking a part-time Medical Secretary for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Directorate. This role at County Hospital involves providing secretarial support to consultants and requires strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office. An ideal candidate will have an understanding of clinical environments and be able to work under pressure. This role offers a salary from £24,937 to £26,598 pro rata and is fixed-term for 12 months.
University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role; however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa. You must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Directorate at County Hospital, University Hospitals of North Midlands that could be right for you.
The position is part time 30 hours – (Monday to Friday – days/hours to be agreed with the successful candidate).
We are looking to appoint a Medical Secretary to the Obstetric & Gynaecology Secretarial Team. This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone who has experience of working in the NHS. You will have experience of administration duties and dealing with members of the public.
