Overview

Are you an experienced administrator searching for a rewarding new role? #TeamUHD are looking for a Medical Resourcing Administrator to join our busy Medical Resourcing Team. This is a fast paced role with changing priorities and a varied workload, so experience of working within a recruitment team, recruitment procedures and polices is important. Previous experience in a medical recruitment role would be an advantage. You’ll be an effective communicator as you’ll be supporting managers in compliance and safe professional recruitment practices. In addition to this, you will be ensuring our candidates are well informed and able to complete recruitment and on-boarding procedures in a timely manner. This position would be an excellent opportunity to for those looking to develop themselves within a medical/recruitment environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide our candidates with a positive recruitment experience using your excellent communication skills
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to fill vacancies in the quickest possible timescale
  • Complete pre-employment checks and issue contracts and send completed salary information to payroll
  • Undertake long listing for various vacancies
  • Attend interviews to provide HR guidance on a fair recruitment process and take interview notes
