A local healthcare provider in Wallasey is seeking a Medical Receptionist to work part-time (18-20 hours per week). Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a high standard of customer care. Ideal candidates will possess good IT skills, a polite telephone manner, and preferably experience in a GP practice. Training on specific systems like EMIS will be provided.

We are looking for somebody who has a polite telephonemanner, good IT skills and experience in a busy customer care environment. Theideal candidates will have reception and/or administrational experience as wellas excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work aspart of a team. Previous experience of working in a GP Practice with EMIS isdesirable but not essential as training will be given.
