• Willingness to complete NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Qualification.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Labelling, handling, and dispensing prescriptions including controlled drugs.
• Maintaining accurate Controlled Drugs records and pharmacy paperwork.
• Stock control and dispensary organization.
• Liaising with Admin and Customer Service teams to manage patient expectations.
• Supporting cleanliness and compliance with SOPs and regulations.

What You'll Be Doing

Working from our main office in Sunderland you'll be part of a high‑volume dispensary team helping process and deliver life‑changing medication to patients across the UK. Your role will include but won't be limited to:

• Labelling handling and dispensing prescriptions including controlled drugs
• Maintaining accurate Controlled Drugs records and pharmacy paperwork
• Stock control and dispensary organisation
• Liaising with our Admin and Customer Service teams to manage patient expectations
• Supporting dispensary cleanliness organisation and compliance with all SOPs and regulations
