My client is a leading M\&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a large commercial development in Sunderland. The project involves managing a substantial mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the delivery of the mechanical package on a large commercial project.
