Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Rugby

Salary: £48,000

Shift pattern: Continental - 4 Days, 4 Off, 4 Nights, 4 Off (16 Day Rest Period)

Role & Responsibilities

• Planned and Reactive maintenance of heavy plant equipment
• Maintaining hydraulics and pneumatics
• Following Health & Safety regulations and processes
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
• Experience as a mechanical maintenance technician or in a similar position
• NVQ Level 2 Engineering or higher relevant qualification
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability and willingness to work in a heavy manufacturing environment
