About the role
Working as part of a skilled Engineering team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment.
You’ll be involved in a variety of engineering tasks, ensuring a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure. Working on various types of equipment including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site.

Industry experience is not essential as we can provide all the training you need. We are also happy to consider candidates who have recently completed an apprenticeship and are looking for the next step in their career.
Whoever you are and whatever your background, you’ll find a fair and supportive workplace. You are unique and we want you to bring every part of who you are to work, every day. We’re committed to ensuring equal opportunities for everyone. To us, this is more than a legal, moral, or ethical necessity – it’s the right thing to do! We want our team to reflect the diverse nature of society and the communities we serve. Marley is a workplace where you are valued for the contribution you make, and where you can grow and develop by being entirely yourself!
