Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
Hours:8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary:Up to £35,200
Type:Permanent
Trevett Servicesare currently searching for aMechanicalEngineer with Plumbing experiencefor a Permanentrole based in the PeterboroughAreaworking in PFI Schools.

Duties:

  • Complete PPM, scheduled, and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical systems including AHU's, fan coil units, heating, water, and drainage.
  • Provide accurate quotes and manage workloadthrough Maximo CAFM.
  • Complete all maintenance paperwork.
  • Liaise with suppliers, advise on parts and labour, and help keep stock levels right.
  • Supervise and support contractors.
  • Join the on-call rota .
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.


Requirements:

  • Ability to PASS a DBS Check is Essential.
  • Driving Licence is essential.
  • Experience working in building service maintenance.
  • Strong knowledgeof Permit to Work and Safe Systems of Work
  • Relevant Industry Qualification at a Level 3 basis.
  • Participate in the on - call rota.
  • Gas Safe registration (domestic and commercial)
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management
  • Competent Person L8 experience
