Field Engineer Join a Growing Team!

GBP40,000 – GBP50,000 DOE + Overtime & Call-Out • Redditch • Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm + additional earning potential through overtime • Permanent

We’re looking for a skilled Engineer to join a forward-thinking team that values expertise, collaboration, and career development. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on varied and technically challenging projects, with full support from a team of experienced engineers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading engineers on installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial temporary boilers and air-cooled chillers
  • Fault-finding and resolving complex issues across a range of commercial systems
  • Modifying and upgrading existing plant rooms and pipework
  • Ensuring safe, high-quality work that keeps clients systems running smoothly
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in commercial mechanical pipework, boiler rooms & forced draft burners
  • Skilled in working with natural gas, oil, chilled water systems, AHUs & air-cooled chillers
  • Strong fault-finding abilities & understanding of electrical services/control wiring
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Commercial Gas Safe certification
  • F-Gas Refrigeration certificate
  • Full UK driving licence (clean)
  • Knowledge of commercial LTHW systems
  • Flexible for call-out rota work (occasional emergencies)
  • DBS check required for some sites
  • BMS experience desirable but not essential
