Overview

Mechanical Design Engineer (Manufacturing) — Belfast, 5 days per week.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + 7am to 4pm, Early Finish Friday 1pm, In House Training, Career Progression, Flexitime, Company Benefits.

Our client designs and produces bespoke products for customers across the UK and leads in steel works and fabrication.

The role

• Design moulds using SolidWorks and produce full drawing packs and Bills of Materials.
• Monitor and support each job during production and provide assistance when needed.
• Conduct customer site visits when required.

The requirements / The person

• Mechanical Design Engineer or similar with an interest in working for a well-established steelwork and fabrication services provider.
• Strong communication skills; able to work within 20 miles of the job site.
