What You'll Do

As a crucial member of our maintenance team, you'll work alongside our skilled Fitters to ensure our cranes meet the Ainscough brand standards, raising the bar for our industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with servicing, repairs, and breakdown maintenance of cranes to uphold our high standards of safety and performance
  • Maintaining accurate service records and providing technical advice to minimize downtime
  • Collaborating with operations to schedule repairs and procure necessary materials
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency within the role
What We're Looking For
Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing faults with heavy machinery and ideally mobile cranes
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
