Age Concern North Norfolk believes each person is unique with their own life history, personality, likes and dislikes. It is important to build a profile of each person so it becomes easier to treat them as an individual. We arrange an individual programme of stimulating activities to suit each person’s likes and dislikes, whilst also offering a wide range of day service care to meet the needs of each individual. Our aim is to maintain our clients’ independence and help them to continue to live at home and participate in community life for as long as possible. Through attending our day service hub, our clients can have regular social contact, reducing social isolation and helping to maintain mental abilities.
