Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time Temp-to-Perm
Salary: £33,075 £50,471 (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? We re seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive PRU in Chesham from September 2025.

The Role:
Deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to Key Stages 3 and 4 learners with varied needs. This role offers a full-time, temp-to-perm position, starting with Supply Desk, leading to a permanent role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated Maths lessons that inspire and challenge

  • Support pupils to build confidence and resilience

  • Track progress and provide tailored feedback

  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff

What We re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (strong subject knowledge also considered)

  • Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 an advantage)

  • Excellent classroom management skills and patience

  • A genuine passion for helping disengaged learners succeed

  • A positive, adaptable, and proactive team player
