Location and Compensation
  • Location: Lincoln (Ruston & Teal Park sites)
  • Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour (increasing to £15.26 PAYE)
  • Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
  • Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (on-site)
  • Overtime: 1.25x weekday overtime rate, 1.5x weekend rate
About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handling Operator to join our busy logistics team based across our Lincoln sites (Ruston and Teal Park). You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are received, processed, and distributed efficiently and safely to support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely handle materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Perform goods receipt, storage, and dispatch activities
  • Complete stock transactions in SAP accurately and efficiently
  • Pick and kit materials for production
  • Receive and check deliveries against shipping documentation
  • Record and maintain accurate inventory data
  • Assist with internal and external transport of materials
  • Support regular stock checks and inventory audits
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any logistical blockers
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience
  • Experience using forklifts (FLT licence highly desirable - training can be provided)
  • Good computer literacy (SAP experience an advantage)
  • Team player with good communication and multitasking skills
  • Local to Lincoln and able to travel between sites (driving licence desirable)
