From North London to the world, our fanbase spans continents, cultures, and generations. Spurs is a club that has always dared to push boundaries, breaking new ground and rewriting history.

We offer world‑class facilities. In 2019, we opened our state‑of‑the‑art stadium, a £1 billion landmark and the beating heart of North Tottenham’s transformation. More than just a football ground, it’s an engine of change — creating 4,000 jobs and injecting £300 million annually into the local economy.

We’re at our brightest when we’re all together. Our Club, our teams, our community.

There is only one Hotspur. Tottenham Hotspur.

The Role

Join our Content Department as a Match Footage Editor/Producer, taking ownership of match highlights and live football content. We are looking for a hands‑on, dynamic Editor/Producer who can react to live results with creative storytelling and come up with dynamic ideas while collaborating with the Editorial and Social teams to meet platform‑specific needs. This will also include creating compilation content, enhanced clips and analytical content to put out in the lead up to matches.

This role operates across our training facilities and stadium, requiring flexibility for evening and weekend coverage (compensated via TOIL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Match Highlights Production: Full ownership of official highlights, ensuring accuracy, pace, and brand consistency.
  • Creative Content & Compilations: Produce and set up shoots for preview or analytical content pieces and create “best of” compilations, player/moment spotlights, and cinematic match recaps.
  • Technical Live Support: Manage live feed from partners and troubleshoot technical issues during matchday windows, making sure that all requirements for a game and live are met. Work on developing methods to enhance the use of platforms and softwares to keep us ahead.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience with cloud‑based production tools and understanding of SRT/RTMP streaming protocols (preferable but not essential).
  • Sports Knowledge: Deep understanding of the game to identify key tactical moments and high‑leverage plays.
  • Producing Experience: Be able to take the lead on analytical content recordings with presenters and create new formats that will engage our audience.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach suited to a fast‑moving team environment.
