A leading fitness company in the UK is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and manage brand awareness activities for the Home segment while working closely with the Sales department to achieve revenue targets. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in consumer marketing or brand management, with strong project management and analytical skills. This is an on-site role based in Greater London, with a focus on developing partnerships and executing innovative marketing campaigns.

We are seeking a results-driven, creative Marketing Manager who will support in localising and executing a globally defined strategy for the Home segment. This role is the perfect combination between strategy, ideas and execution.
While the overall brand strategy is established at our HQ, you will work with UK Marketing Director who responsible for adapting it to the local market, using data insights to ensure maximum effectiveness. You will lead our Home segment, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with and support our sales objectives. From managing integrated campaigns to overseeing communications across digital, social, and traditional platforms, you will spearhead brand growth and market success in the country for your area of responsibility.
To be successful in the role you will need to reside within reach of Technogym London and be available for travel to our UK headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire (3 to 4 times per month).
