As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our social media, editorial content, and visual brand identity.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital and editorial marketing. From strategy to execution, you'll drive engagement across key platforms, create compelling content for various channels, and ensure consistency in our brand voice and visual identity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and wants to make a measurable impact in a growing business.

Responsibilities
  • As the Marketing Executive you will plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain the editorial calendar (blogs, case studies, product launches, newsletters)
  • Create or manage the creation of visual assets - including graphics, brochures, and digital ads (experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred)
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and optimise future campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source content and coordinate campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
What We\'re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with strong social media and content skills or a post graduate looking for that first big opportunity. You could be a post graduate looking for the right opportunity, possibly a marketing coordinator looking for that step up!
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities
  • Strong eye for design; basic graphic design skills required
  • Knowledge of building/construction industry a plus (but not essential)
  • The Marketing Executive will be comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Adobe, desirable, but not essential
