We're seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to support and deliver integrated marketing activity across digital and offline channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with our Events & PR Manager and Sales teams to help strengthen our brand, engage our customers, and bring our campaigns to life. To succeed, you’ll need confidence, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently using digital collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, partnerships, and other channels.
- Ensure all activity is consistent with brand positioning and aligned with the strategic direction provided by the Marketing Director.
- Manage briefs, timelines, assets, and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
- Collaborate effectively with external agencies, printers, media partners, and freelancers as required.
- Work with the PR & Events Manager to deliver the content plan across offline channels, email marketing, and website updates.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing outputs.
- Conduct research on competitor activity and market trends as required.
- Gather and analyse campaign data to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare performance updates and insight reports for the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders.
- Refine and tailor communications for the four identified Customer Persona groups, including potential automated communications through CRM.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Marketing Director through scheduled video calls, weekly progress updates, and detailed project reports.
- Operate autonomously, ensuring timely progress on assigned campaigns and tasks without day‑to‑day in‑person supervision.
- Provide clear status updates, actionable insights, and recommendations to support informed strategic decision‑making.
- Manage marketing calendars, project plans, and asset libraries to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports highlighting results, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Desirable
- Marketing Degree or CIM qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using website CMS tools such as Monday.com.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating with a remote line manager and using digital tools.
- Proficient with email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
