Our Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and scheduling all marketing materials including print, digital and content planning for social platforms in line with brand guidelines. The role will focus on target marketing and brand awareness, communicating business updates succinctly across all media platforms. Responsibilities will also include supporting on all internal and external events, exceeding client expectations. We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar role, has a creative flair, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule promotions for all areas of the business; vehicle sales, parts, workshop services
- Initiate and maintain relationships with industry marketing and advertising suppliers
- Create schedule for social media and liaise with freelancers for content delivery
- Monitor, respond and forward social media comments and inbound messages
- Seek collaborations to create PR opportunities and business growth
- Liaise with freelancers to schedule new sales car launch photo and video shoots
- Create regular marketing materials in line with strategy and brand guidelines
- Ensure all marketing documents and stationary are accurate and branded correctly
- Create design work for marketing assets, print, digital and e-marketing
- Provide copy for marketing collateral in line with tone of voice including creation of Vintage Bentley News
- Ensure website is kept updated across all areas
- Take lead on implementation, development and maintenance of Vintage Bentley community online platform
- Support with all internal and external events where required including race entries
- Support with operational set up of The Works for internal events and client visits
- Schedule transport logistics for marketing & event purposes as required & communicate with the operational team
- Inform relevant stakeholders of marketing updates & circulate relevant reports
- Capture and update client information within CRM
- Occasional evening and weekend work in line with international time zones and business demands.
- Supporting with additional responsibilities within the nature of a small business
- Promote and manage workshop tours and visits
Experience and Skills Required
- Excellent Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud / equivalent, META and general IT skills
- Basic level of design work
- Experience with UNHW clients and public figures is desirable
- WYSWIG HTML editor experience is desirable
- Ability to exceed client expectations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- The ability to work with autonomy and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Previous experience of working in a small business is desirable
- Minimum of three years in a similar role
