Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their Watford office. The role involves being responsible for implementing and measuring marketing strategies that showcase the firm’s expertise, reinforce their brand values and nurture client relationships.

The Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Produce and manage content for website, social media, newsletters, events, and thought leadership initiatives, maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.
  • Oversee email marketing, A/B testing, campaign reporting, and provide insights to improve performance and future strategy.
  • Work closely with BD, communications, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing materials and identify new market opportunities.
  • Safeguard brand alignment across all outputs and manage sponsorship agreements to maximise value and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, applying insights to enhance differentiation and storytelling.
  • Provide guidance to the Marketing Assistant, setting clear objectives and development plans while encouraging collaboration across teams.
  • Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project requirements while bringing in fresh, innovative marketing ideas.

The Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of digital channels (social, email, content, campaigns), CRM/automation tools, content writing, and data analysis with the ability to make actionable recommendations.
  • Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business (or related), 2–4 years’ marketing experience (preferably in professional services/B2B), with added value in design skills or legal sector knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills; detail-oriented, innovative, client-focused, adaptable, and able to work at pace in a “test and learn” environment.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, proven stakeholder engagement, independent initiative, and some line management experience.
